*We are a lawfully permitted inn/bed and breakfast pursuant to the City of Greensboro’s Land Development Ordinance in effect as of November 14, 2019. Please note this historic estate is also the primary residence of the owners, who reside onsite at the home located thereon, and who are available to guests 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Overnight guests of the estate are welcome to use the estate’s house and grounds for their private enjoyment for the duration of their stay.
